1. Who are you?

"We" are Heath & Cara, a pair of generally crazy, creatively-inclined individuals who love to laugh. We often come up with random ideas through our daily banter that we think would look excellent on T-shirts. Cara handles the graphic design of the products and the site appearance. Some of you may know her as Chibi Ningyo, the owner of an old adoption site from Geocities, which is no longer in existance. Heath handles the background scripting and other technical aspects. We're both responsible for the content on the shirts.

2. What do you want?

Money. Please give us some.

More precisely, we'd like to make a living doing something that we enjoy- being whimsically creative. In particular, we'd also like to bring smiles and laughter to other people's faces, and we feel we have alot to offer in that area.

3. Why are you here?

Apparently to make random Babylon 5 references. ZOG!

4. I have questions about an order I have placed or am about to place.

5. Why Cafepress?

CafePress offers us a way to use our designs on a lot of different styles of products without a large up-front investment of different T-shirts (sizes, colors, designs, etc), not to mention finding somewhere to store all the merchandise. In short, as a new endeavor, it saves us alot of up-front money and trouble, and gives us a way of accepting credit card transactions. Now, we do want to move towards handling our own production, and we're definitely eyeing other methods. Have any suggestions? Shoot us an email!

6. Why isn't a design I want available on a specific color or style of shirt or other product that I want?

That depends. Sometimes we may have just forgotten to add a certain style or color to the shop, or maybe it's a new style or product type. Maybe the design needs a little tweaking to fit (a shirt design would need to be tweaked a bit to fit on a round clock, for example.) In a few cases, certain colors of shirts have been left out on purpose, since we didn't think the particular design looked good on them. And in some cases, Cafepress just might not offer a certain color, style or product. In any case, if you REALLY want a certain color or style of shirt, or a specific product, it won't hurt to ask, and we'll see what we can do to make it available. Please note, as of now we can only offer a product if it is something Cafepress carries.

7. What if I want a large order of something? Can you help me? Is there a discount?

Maybe. Ask us! If we know for sure that a large order of the same product is desired, we can likely have the products made personally and ship them to you at a discount over the CafePress price.
